Rick’s Jerk comes from the inspiration of my dear friend Lesson “Rick” Samuels. Rick touched my life for many years with a passion that he puts towards family, friends, and food. I have learned many life lessons from Rick, including cooking authentic Caribbean food. In 2011, we lost Rick too soon, but hold dear memories that we will cherish forever.
We proudly honor his legacy through the food we prepared and served to you today. We use farm-to-table vegetables and curated spaces to orchestrate our medley of marinades sauces. Our dishes are made with love and simply the best around.
